Yes, the workshops can be booked individually. Each Workshop has a stand alone theme and doesn’t require any knowledge of previous workshops to attend and enjoy.

We remind parents that the doors of the workshops open 5 mins before the advertised starting time and close 5 mins after the advertised end time. For the Lego Robotics the drop off is between 13:30 -13:35 and the pick up is between 15:25 – 15:30. For the Science Experiments Activity the drop off is between 15:45 – 15:50 and the pick up is between 16:40-16:45 p.m. Little Scientists reserves the right to charge a late pickup fee of 5 CHF for each 5 minutes past the close of the collection window.
We follow the Kanton Zurich Guidelines and the Coronavirus protection measurements for schools.
We encourage the children to wash their hands regularly: before and after snack or lunch or after visiting the park at lunchtime.
THEMED SCIENCE WORKSHOPS AT THE LITTLE SCIENTISTS STEM CENTRE:
Explore the world of LEGO robotics and science experiments with our exciting Saturdays workshops! Designed for various ages and all skill levels, these workshops are perfect for budding scientists and engineers.
WORKSHOPS HIGHLIGHTS:
Open to All:
- No prior experience in LEGO robotics, STEM or programming required
Unique Experience:
- Each workshop is new and independent.
Languages:
- German & English
Frequency & Age Groups:
- Workshops occur on Saturdays (excluding school holidays)
- Tailored for two age groups:
- Group 1: Kids aged 4 to 7
- Group 2: Kids aged 8 to 12
- Each Saturday is dedicated to one specific age group
Monthly Themes:
- The themes for the activities will change monthly
- Refer to the calendar on the right for detailed scheduling
WORKSHOPS SCHEDULE:
- LEGO Robotics, 2 hours from 13:30 to 15:30; Fee: 70 CHF + credit card processing fee
- STEM Activities or Coding, 1 hour from 15:45 to 16:45; Fee: 40 CHF + credit card processing fee)*
It is also possible to buy a combined ticket Lego Robotics + STEM or Coding Activities, with a 10% discount

Activities:
LEGO ROBOTICS
Every workshop, the children will build and program different robots, selected from our large database. Depending on their age and previous robotics experience they will be able to work with different LEGO sets that use progressively more difficult programming languages and building instructions.
STEM ACTIVITIES or CODING
Children will embark on a vibrant journey through science, exploring a variety of topics with colorful experiments, interactive games, and intriguing challenges. Each month brings a new theme, ensuring a year-long adventure filled with scientific discovery and excitement.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Please provide your kid with a healthy snack and a water bottle for the breaks.
