🐣 Our Easter LEGO Robotics Recap

Our recent Saturday LEGO Robotics Workshop wasn’t just about building; it was about solving and very delicious engineering puzzle. We traded traditional baskets for robotic grippers to celebrate Easter in the most “tech” way possible!

🦾 The “No-Hands” Challenge

The centerpiece of the day was our Robotic Egg Retrieval Mission. We set a strict rule that kept everyone on their toes: No human hands allowed.

Our young engineers had to build and program robotic hands to collect chocolate eggs.

🎨Coding the Canvas: High-Tech Egg Decoration

Once the “harvest” was complete, the creativity really took off. Using LEGO robots as their brushes, the kids transformed into digital artists.

By programming Lego egg painters, they decorate the eggs with intricate, geometric patterns. Seeing the kids express their imagination through logic and loops instead of just pens and paper was the highlight of the afternoon.

The Result: unique, tech-decorated eggs and a room full of kids who realized that coding can be just as creative as painting.

💡Why It Matters

Beyond the chocolate and the bricks, this workshop pushed our students to think like real-world engineers. They faced mechanical failures, debugged their code, and iterated on their designs until they achieved success.

Watching them realize that “failure” is just the first step toward a better build is why we love what we do.
